Secondly, do your best to precisely cut the cod in the following dimensions – 1 inch by 2.5 inches lengthwise. Thirdly, use a food processor where you will blend a mixture of panco breadcrumbs, olive oil and salt.

The next thing you should do is separating the mixture of breadcrumbs into one, eggs into the second and flour into the third bowl. After doing that, dip the previously cut cod into each of the bowl until it is completely covered with the ingredients. Make sure that you used your strength in order to press the cod pieces into breadcrumbs in order to firmly mix them together. Yes, there is a way to enjoy chicken wings as well and to avoid all the fattening substances that usually go hand in hand with them. In order to make this easy dish you are going to need the following ingredients – a bit of ginger powder, ground pepper and cumin and some garlic. The thing is that fried chicken wings are pretty much made the same as if they were made without air fryer – after all the ingredients have been mixed together, you need to fry them for about ten minutes (or until they are golden brown) in the air fryer and they are ready afterwards.
